He’s calling it his “Opportunity to Learn” Education Agenda, and Governor McDonnell said that raising standards for teachers and students is a top priority.
The proposed budget includes 438 million dollars in new, additional K-12 funding over the next two years. That includes funding critical programs and expanding educational options for Virginia students.
