Christians and Sexual Sin: How to Handle It

Disgraced after admitting a relationship with a male prostitute, Haggard said he was unable to find a way to talk with other believers about his sexual struggles.

******* *** *******

Somehow we've lost the greater power within and that is God himself.

Self-control seems to have eluded us and we've stepped over the line with the rest of the culture.

The onslaught of sexual images are at every corner of our lives.

In the home on TV, the internet, print media ... its at our fingertips and one click away.

The liberals in the 60's said that pornography harms no one. Then the liberals turned to progressives and things got progressively worse as they sought to legalize it.

Now I could list many of the sexual crimes that porn has wrought on this nation and you know the ones of which I speak.

Know this, that the STD's, Sexualy Transmitted Disease's, among young children is frightening.

The news media, being liberal, is silent on this bad news ... Because they are a part of the networks and the networks want to do more in this sexual culture to compete.

I remember a saying, "What one generation does in moderation, the next one does in excess".

We have been into the excess of self for too long. Much of what we need to do is bridle what has been allowed and running out of control.

How many pols have to fall ... How many children attacked ... How many preachers fall from grace before we realize the mistakes and laws of the past need to be changed ... Sooner rather than later.
