Virginia Beach Planned Parenthood Abortionist, Richard N. Willard, M.D. has been working at Catholic Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk for many years. He currently has an office in their medical building, and he also has hospital privileges there.

Willard has been secretly working for Planned Parenthood since 1996, while maintaining his OB-GYN practice at DePaul. Although some in administration at DePaul knew about this, most of the medical community and his patients there did not. Willard has betrayed the trust of Catholic and Christian women in Hampton Roads and also the medical community at DePaul.

We are appalled that Abortionist Richard N. Willard, the abortionist at Planned Parenthood in Virginia Beach, has hospital privileges at DePaul Medical Center and has his office at DePaul Medical Building!! In addition to his long standing OB-GYN practice, he supervised residents and medical students at DePaul until the training program closed three years ago. He did all this while performing abortions at Planned Parenthood since 1996!


Abortionist Willard has betrayed the trust of the Catholic and Christian community in Hampton Roads! It is a travesty that DePaul / Bon Secours is permitting this to continue. Abortionist Willard's hospital privileges should be revoked immediately!!

All employees at DePaul / Bon Secours must agree to abide by the Catholic ethic. Any doctor who has been performing abortions for 15 years is clearly and unequivocally NOT ABIDING BY THE CATHOLIC ETHIC!! Abortionist Willard has killed over 15,000 babies!!

As Catholic and Christians in Hampton Roads and Virginia, we are demanding that Abortionist Willard's hospital privileges be revoked and his association with Catholic DePaul be terminated. He has deceived this community and hidden under the Catholic banner for 15 years now. Enough is enough!! You can't be Catholic or Christian and pro-abortion!! The blood of 15,000 babies cries out for justice!

Please terminate Abortionist Willard's hospital privileges and office space IMMEDIATELY!!
