Internet Evangelist Launches Attack on Glenn Beck

Bill Keller, an Internet evangelist who has been vocal about Mormonism’s cultish roots, is boldly proclaiming that Glenn Beck is “masquerading as an angel of light”—and using Christians to further his agenda and advance a cult.

TONY DIGIROLAMO- FOR ME BECK HAS CROSSED OVER THE LINE.

ASKING FOR PEOPLE TO PAY FOR HIS GBTV CHANNEL IS A CONCERN OF MINE. HE IS CRYING OUT LIKE A DOOMSDAY EVANGELIST WHO HASN'T READ THE END OF THE BOOK.

This book Beck writes with Keith Ablow psychologist, The Seven Wonders That Will Change Your Life, really did it for me. In March of 2011, The confusion gets even more bizarre. Red flags go up for me with Ablow. Warned of this I did.

Mish-mash of spirituality and feel-good theology., February 25, 2011

This review is from: The 7: Seven Wonders That Will Change Your Life (Hardcover)
First, you must know that I am a fan of Glenn Beck. I listen to his radio show when able and I've read several of his other books. I generally agree with his worldviews and philosophies. However, after reading this book, I was so unnerved, I threw the book out. This book is filled with a mish-mash of universalist spirituality and generalized "feel-good" theology. I understand Glenn is a Mormom (something I think he has been misled on) and this clearly shows in his writings. It was Dr. Keith Ablow's writing which were incredulous: new-age spiritualism, "pray to whatever higher power you believe in," you have the power within you, yada, yada, yada. Dr. Ablow goes on to say that no-one is born evil....we are all born good. For Christians, this is fantasy. Humans are born sinful and only through God's redemptive grace and Jesus Christ are we redeemed. He even has a chapter on The Third Wonder: Truth, but makes it plain in his writings that his definition of truth is subjective. He repeats his mantra of "whatever works for you" theology and inner God self-help throughout the book. For any believer in Jesus Christ as "the way, the truth and the life...no one comes to the Father except through me," Dr. Ablow's approaches can not be reconciled with this absolute truth. Either Jesus is who he said he is, or he was insane. You can't have mutiple truths and multiple ways. All can be false but all can't be the truth. Christians who are not deeply rooted in the Word, will be easily misled by this book.
