BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA WATCH

It is a great day in America!

Does anyone feel that we live in a country, a union, that is a little more perfect than we were yesterday?

As President Obama moves closer to the inauguration of the first black president I hope, I pray that he is successful in the areas that made this nation the greatest hope of mankind.

However, I hope and I pray that he is defeated in the areas of great concern to me and many Americans ... we must hinder this president and his progressive agenda, on the moral issues, the church and state issues, the "gay" and "straight" issues. If we do nothing they will defeat this nation.

The president elect says he "will make some mistakes" and those issues listed above are where the mistakes will be made ... the stories that will shape his presidency ... We the people should in a responsible and civil manner do what is right.

I believe the financial meltdown, Wall Street, rebuilding trust, jobs, are not what makes America great it's the greatness, goodness, of a faith filled people living in freedom.

Charles Krauthammer just said on Fox News "we need to find a complaint somewhere" in this huge historical spectacle unfolding before our eyes.

I liken it to the day after 9/11 when President Bush had a 90% approval rating. Democrats displayed an unusual sense of bipartisanship.

Until ... they suddenly realized that if they kept this up they will lose the next election and they proceeded methodically doing everything they could to hate and demean Bush who still had to protect the American people from the terrorists.

That is what we must do albeit, in a responsible and civil manner unlike the vicious attacks and lies about a good and decent man.

So, as we all get caught up in the history and majesty of the time, and the greatness of America, I'm not so sure of the greatness of the man in God's eyes ... not yet.

Bret Baire anchor, Special Report asked how long will the honeymoon last for President Obama ... Charles Krauhthammer: 6 months, Juan Williams: 6months, Bill Kristol: All honeymoons last 2 weeks! They all laughed.

I hope somewhere in the middle of 2 weeks and 6 months we will be able to tell where he is going and at that moment take appropriate, "We the People" measures in support or defeat.
