BY TONY DIGIROLAMO- OF COURSE THE PRESS DIDN'T COVER THE NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER! HELLO!
They are trying with everything they've got to walk away from Christianity and what the Founding Fathers of this nation believed. They are doing all they can to malign and slander all these so called by the left, "dead white men"... who believed in bringing honor to God.
I'm going to say it again till we all get it ... the press and their networks are in business. They need to turn a profit.
Their world changed when cable came to call and it happened the day HBO came on the scene.
The three networks at the time saw their ratings tumble when HBO broadcast an R rated film.
They needed to do something and that is what you now see on your TV screens at home.
I predicted that the networks were going to aggressively roll out the big guns, push the envelope ... that nudity and the "George Carlin words" you can't say on TV are working their way onto your flat screen.
You'll notice also hit HBO shows like Sex in the City are being distributed to basic cable and those networks are pushing hard to drop the bleeps and shadows that reveal something you could only see on HBO.
This has everything to do with why the networks do nothing and say nothing that would honor or raise Christianity to its rightful place in our culture.
You may ask why? because the cause of faithful believers are a thorn in the side of their demonic efforts to show it all, do it all and say it all.
You have the AFA, American Family Association's, Donald Wildman, the 700 Club, Pat Robertson, the American Center for Law and Justice, Concerned Women for America, Washington for Jesus,John and Anne Gimenez, the list goes on.
Over the years the pressure is white hot against these great men and women of God.
It is a civil culture war which is the greatest war that this nation needs to win.
So, I'm not surprised that the networks told no one that there even was a Day of Prayer Proclamation given by every president, even President Obama.
Folks, if we don't get the God things right in this country everything you see us touch will continue to fail, everything.
