Democrats have unveiled a party platform at their national convention that echoes President Barack Obama's call for higher taxes on wealthier Americans while backing same-sex marriage and abortion rights.
Delegates will officially adopt the platform on Tuesday.

The Democrat platform speaks volumes as to why we need to be in Philadelphia on September 28th and 29th for AmericaforJesus2012. Standing right there on the steps of independence Hall where our founding fathers walked and prayed for this nation.
We must be there for this solemn assembly of God's people to gather in prayer, seek His counsel, forgiveness for America.
