Pastor: Blocking Chick-Fil-A Is ‘Anti-Religious, Agenda-Driven Bullying’

A Logan Square neighborhood pastor used the controversy over a proposal to build a new Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Chicago as part of his sermon Sunday, asking those opposed to the new franchise to reverse course.

Lyons calls Chick-Fil-A a poster child for practicing respect for its employees and customers, and spoke of the day when what he calls the “thought police” would come to his own church.

“We will meet them at the door, respectfully, unflinchingly holding a copy of the sacred scriptures in one hand and a copy of the U.S. Constitution in the other,” Lyons said.

KIND OF FEELS LIKE WE'RE AT WAR HERE! AND CHRISTIANS ARE NOT GOING TO BE MADE TO FEEL LIKE THEY ARE UNAMERICAN BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY BELIEVE.
On the contrary.
The left keeps telling us how the founding fathers in our Constitution and the 2nd Amendments never would agree with the kind of guns we have today.
Well it can be said that the founders would be stunned and shocked at the rights for homosexuality and same sex marriage. You think?!
The mayors of these major cities are going to lose this battle as it is unconstitutional. You can not do this as there is no proof of Chick fil A ever discriminating against "gays". Never!
Dan Cathy has a right to speak his mind on same sex marriage Just as Jeff Immelt at NBC does. Those who disagree can choose not to eat the chicken sandwhich and we can turn off MSNBC as many of us do!
